I have always been very “mission” minded both within and outside CWL. I have maximized me energy, effort and time to achieving positive results through fund-raising efforts to assist various needy causes both in New Zealand and in the Pacific Region. In this regard I have displayed a flair for organizing events that have raised significant levels of income through activites such as quiz evenings, fashion parades, etc.
During my term as Archdiocesan Mission’s Convenor I believe that I made a major contribution to the re-design of return frorms that have since made the work of those completing them considerably easier.
I am excited about the opportunity that the position of National Mission’s secretary provides me to extend on my successes, and contribute at the national level in extending the work of CWL in the Missions field and being of ready assistance to Diocesan Mission Convenors when required.
