Welcome to Hamilton Diocesan Catholic Women’s League Web Page. I am Madeline Masters and I was elected to the position of Diocesan President at our Annual General Meeting in April 2006.

Hamilton CWL began life in 1980 when the Diocese of Hamilton was founded. Our first President was Geraldine Scott and I am pleased to say Geraldine is still actively involved in CWL. At present we have 465 members in 22 branches. Branches are divided into 4 regions - North, South, Central and East. Our Members are involved in all aspects of League, living out their commitment in “Faith and Service” both within their parishes and in the wider community.

League is open to all women and we welcome members from anywhere in the Diocese. Should you live in a remote location or in a parish that does not have a League branch,your nearest branch would welcome your membership and keep you informed of all League activities.
